ORDERING POLICY
Our merchandise is unusual and mail-ordering stones can be a challenge.
However, we are happy to discuss your order to discover how we can
best serve your needs.

- PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive
to keep the prices updated.
All wholesale orders require a $100.00 minimum purchase.
- CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. We do not ship COD and we are not establishing Net 30
accounts at this time.
- TAX INDENTIFICATION: To purchase at wholesale prices you must
have a state issued Tax Resale Certification or Business License
Certificate on file with us.
SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship within three to five business days from receipt
of order, sometimes sooner. We prefer to ship by United Parcel Service
but will ship USPS Flat Rate Priority if it is more economical.
We also contract through SAIA Trucking company for freight shipments.
All orders will have any applicable shipping charges added to the
invoice and due to the nature of the product, shipping charges are
hard to estimate before the order is filled. We can take a general
weight figure and get an estimate for your shipping area. We always
strive to package your order carefully and economically. For questions

RETURN POLICY
We give a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with every order. We at Stories
in Stones want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason
you are not happy with the merchandise, you may return it to us.
But the following rules apply for mail-orders so please read carefully.
You must notify us within five days of receipt of the merchandise,
re-pack the merchandise well. You will be responsible for the condition
of the goods being returned and the shipping charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY
Please read carefully. Inspect the package before signing for them.
Have the driver report any obvious damage. Call Stories in Stones
and report any damage or shortages within five days of receipt of
merchandise and file a claim with the carrier. You must retain all
packing materials to process a claim. If your package was shipped
by UPS www.UPS.com or USPS www.usps.com/insurance claims these web
sites can provide the necessary information to process the claim.
